In line with the communication signals of the development of the integration of technology, it will be a wider range of promotion and application. However, the control information and management information between On-board and Track-side, as a result of the traffic safety and efficiency, the safety of GSM-R communication mechanism is paid much attention, and it has become the key of current communication between On-board and Track-side research.In this paper, we research the safety mechanisms of Euroradio (GSM-R) in European Train Control System. On the basis of that, a safe encryption system for GSM-R is designed and implemented.
